Kallpia provides initial guidance and can make mistakes. It does not confirm pricing, timelines, or scope and does not replace human review. Verify relevant information before acting.

It is a directional self-assessment based on declared information and a versioned methodology. It is not an audit, certification, population benchmark, legal assessment, review of a specific system, or guarantee.

7. Forms and opportunities

Submitting a form does not create a client-provider relationship. Every service requires a separate proposal or agreement.

8. Potencia Insights

It is free and requires independent confirmation. Potencia Labs may change its format, frequency, or topics. Subscribers can unsubscribe in each message.

9. Intellectual property

The website, design, marks, copy, software, graphics, and methodologies belong to Potencia Labs or are used under license. Third-party names belong to their owners.

10. Third parties and availability

Third-party links and services have their own terms. We may change or suspend features for maintenance, security, or evolution without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability.

11. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted, Potencia Labs is not responsible for decisions based solely on informational content or automated answers. Nothing limits non-waivable consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Consumers and complaints

Consumers may use the Virtual Complaints Book at /en/complaints-book. Potencia Labs will respond within a maximum, non-extendable period of 15 business days. Submission does not prevent access to other channels.

14. Governing law

These terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Peru, without prejudice to mandatory applicable rules. The parties will first seek a good-faith resolution.
